Do you have bulk license plans?
We do, we handle bulk licensing on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to get in touch with one of our friendly sales reps: sales@uptime.co
Is there a trial period?
Yes, you can try the service free of charge for 14 days to asses its suitability. After that you can sign up for a plan, or cancel.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my plan?
Yes, we offer a pro-rata upgrade / downgrade system so you'll be reimbursed if your needs change mid-billing cycle.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards as well as payment services such as PayPal and Skrill - we don't currently accept Bitcoin.
Do all plans come with support?
Absolutely, we're here to help, regardless of which plan you're using. We have a dedicated support forum as well as support via live chat.
